Last Snow Train of the Season | 1st April, 2007
It may be April 1st, but this is no April fool. There is only one snow train service remaining, departing from London Waterloo on the 6th April. So don't hesitate - if you've not managed to get to the slopes yet here's your last chance to make a . Happy skiing!
Still Good Snow Conditions in France | 22nd February, 2007
The Ski Club of Great Britain reports that skiing remains enjoyable throughout most of the French ski resorts. Higher resorts such as Tignes are enjoying sunny weather, which makes for great skiing. New snow clouds look to be moving over the Alps this weekend, so next week should be set for a great weeks skiing!

Warmer Weather makes Slushy Pistes | 12th January, 2007
Ski reports provided by the Ski Club of Great Britain highlight that warmer conditions in the French Alps are making low altitude report pistes slushy and heavy. Warmer temperatures has been turning potential snow into rain.
New Year, New Snow | 3rd January, 2007
In addition to the New Year's celebrations ski and snowboarders were given a late Christmas present as the Alps was given a well needed dump of fresh snow.
For those in the Espace Killy ski area, Val D'Isere received 40cm on Tuesday and another 5cm of snow on Thursday. Argentiere and Chamonix were also reported to have around 40cm of fresh snow.
No problems have been reported for snow trains coming into the Alps.
